Homestay and Private Home accommodation in London
Homestay accommodation: the hosts treat the student as a full member of the household, eating together and sharing the common living areas: no more than four students will be accommodated in homestay accommodation at any one time.
Private home accommodation: accommodation in a private home for adults; more than four adult students may be accommodated in the home; there may be less direct contact with the host(s); and students may be self-catering. Private home accommodation is not suitable for under-16s.
Most of our students choose to stay in Homestay accommodation.
We arrange for students to stay in Homestay accommodation that is only a bus ride away or within walking distance from the school.
We generally allocate students of different nationalities to stay with one family, to enable our students to speak English at all the times. At the same time, you can get to know British customs and habits first-hand.
Homestays in London are carefully selected by our experienced staff to provide students with the best possible accommodation.
Accommodation Service
For students studying for a minimum of 15 hours per week; a choice of local accommodation is available and bookings may be made through Edwards Language School in London.
A non-refundable booking fee of £40 is charged for this service.
