English Classes for Groups

Edwards Language School accepts groups with a minimum of 15 students and for every 15 students we offer free accommodation for one group leader in a double room in the same type of accommodation as the students. We offer you a mix of English learning, extra-curricular activities, accommodation, group dynamics, and easy booking.

The English lessons include practice through communicative tasks, project work and intercultural activities, according to the needs of individual groups. All English classes develop and extend knowledge of grammar and vocabulary and improve communicative skills.

Homestay accommodation: the hosts treat the student as a full member of the household, eating together and sharing the common living areas: no more than four students will be accommodated in homestay accommodation at any one time.
Private home accommodation: accommodation in a private home for adults; more than four adult students may be accommodated in the home; there may be less direct contact with the host(s); and students may be self-catering. Private home accommodation is not suitable for under-16s.
Residential accommodation: in student halls or hostels, catered or self-catering

Prices include:

Accommodation and board as booked

Language course of 15 hours per week in closed groups of 12 to 15 students
Educational material provided for use
Certificate at the end of the course
For every 15 students, one leader is given accommodation free of charge in a double room in the same type of accommodation as the students

Leisure activities:

Depending on your activity schedule, we organise two types of extra-curricular programmes. One is a basic leisure package that will leave time for what the group members want to explore themselves. The second leisure package can be booked as an add-on to the first package meaning that we offer to schedule the entire free-time programme. Bus passes are not included.

Edwards Language School leisure package 1 includes:

1 full day excursion per week
2 afternoon activities such as cultural visits or sports per week
2 evening activities per week

Edwards Language School leisure package 2 includes:

3 additional afternoon activities per week
2 additional evening activities per week
